Recording saying they are trying to reach a person and that if they don't hear back they will initiate some form of legal paperwork. The first time I answered but did not recognize the person's name so told them she did not work here. I late figured out they were asking about a former employee who used a different last name when employed here. This former employee died 4 years ago. The second time they called I tried to speak with a rep to give this information; can not speak to anyone. I left a message. This same company continues to call.
