These people (James French) are calling , hostel and posing as a collection agency . I called them back on my landline and asked them the name of their "collection agency" , it was a female this timeand very sternly asked if I was going to pay !!? But would not give me the name of the Agency and hung up on me . Loser's .

Received today 4/9/2020 yet ANOTHER call from these scumbags. They say they are a collection agency attempting to get an unpaid debit settled. They have called several times in the past and I have put this number in my contacts by labeling them "scam calls" . Needless to say I do not owe this debt, but it definitely overwhelming that these people did in fact receive information that I have had lab work done, but all of it was performed by my insurance company and their labs exclusively. Never visited a lab for test outside of my insurance carrier. I am s appalled that these scumbags are allowed to continue to try to scam people, especially our elders who sometimes have no one to protect them from these evil practices from sub-humans who would rather sit on their phones, lie, cheat and do everything they can to take money from those who are totally unaware of the evil out there ~ again, our seniors/elders. I cannot imagine this cannot be stopped and I only wish that those scumbags who sit there and con people will receive what they truly deserve ~ if our laws cannot do away with them, then maybe this virus will ~

So relieved to see everyone’s comments here! I had the exact same call yesterday but funny enough, I did have a full blood panel done around the same time; spring/summer 2018 but knew I had paid it so I started to think this was a scam. Be careful, be vigilant, and don’t ever Pay anyone until they provide you with an actual bill.

Got the same call as the lady above. Saying I owed $390 from 4/2018 from US Diagnostic Labs., would not provide any information, would not provide a copy of the bill, said I needed to pay over the phone and then they would send an itemized copy of the bill. Got pretty nasty with me. I think this is a fraud call and people should beware.

Caller-Cartier from US Diagnostic Lab said I owed $358.00 in unpaid services from April 15,2018. She would not provide an acct number or physician who ordered services. But did have my home address. Phone number she called is a # I only give out to family in emergency situations. A male voice in the background kept prompting her to say things. Did not sound like a professional organization.
