Scam company that wants to charge you 99.99 to activate a roku account. Said it was required for all smart TVs now. When I questioned that charge not being disclosed by stores upon purchase of a TV they hung up or advised it was my choice to return the TV. I had used my fiance's iPhone to look up the roku link that initially comes up when starting the TV and the hyperlink that was first provided an error message and told you to call this number. When I used my android the first link was the regular website. Roku website advises they never charge for activation. This is awful.
