I received an automated call from 701-712-0639 with an offer to lower the interest rate on my credit cards. I prompted to continue with the call because I wanted to listen to the offfer. I wasnt too comfortable so I hung up while their operator placed me on hold. Within a minute I received a call from that same operator from the number 830-355-2166. I proceeded to ask him questions and he was able to provide me with the answers so I proceeded with the call. I gave him my credit card number and the last 4 digits of my social and he was able to retrieve the total amount owed on my card. He then said that I did not qualify to reduce the interest on my credit card, this after he originally said that I was pre-approved. I proceeded to ask questions and instead of receiving answers I was hung up on. DO NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER
