They say they represent ATT but the caller ID just says the number 786-628-9800. They say they want to lower my bill... I told them straight out that I would call ATT directly and to stop calling me. They said they would not stop calling until I talk to them and they continue to call everyday at different times. It was a woman I talked to, but the cell phone she uses is registered to a Thomas Lak. I google him and found no one by that name is the area the phone is supposedly registered in. I am being harassed daily by these people. I can't block the number because ATT only allows you to block up to 6 numbers and I have used all 6 slots...
