I got a business for an iPad listed on amazon from this guy. He said he is willing to pay directly through paypal. So I accepted it. But I checked the given address and the phone number. They were fake. Finally I stopped here. He looks like a cheater. This is the initial message I got via amazonHi Seller, i would love to know if you still have your iPad available and if your final price is $645? Get back to me ASAP or you text me here 1 (774) 322-2281.

I put a phone for sale on Craigslist for $100 and this person offered me $175 which included money for express delivery (their request). They even offered to pay me through my PayPal account and asked that I submit an invoice. What they didnt know was, i called PayPal and asked how this worked. Paypal said that in order to verify if money was in my account, that I needed to go into my Paypal account and NOT go by an email saying money was in my Paypal account, as the email would be fake. The person actually played it off really well and even got upset because I should have received a confirmation. Um, no!!! Paypal DOES NOT send out confirmations. You have to log into your account to verify money is in there. Ha!! I told the person I would contact the proper authorities. I am forwarding all text messages and emails from them to the proper authoritiex.
