Calling it a robocall because it is, but without much thought it is clearly the beginning of an attempt at monetary theft. Consider if a company calls about your credit account, without your name, your credit company name, or their company name, quit before offering anything as much as pressing 9 to end at their request. Do not even do that, any reply to a scammer will validate you as an actual end target user. Therefore, they will then add you to a list of “Validated Numbers” which they will move on and sell to others. This isn’t even an old bad expired debt scheme, it is a blind attempt to engage a customer in replying to generic questions without offering any identification. I did not talk to this recorded person or press any requested buttons but have the number blocked and consider it appropriate for anyone else who is not wanting to lose their shirt do the same.Nice touch using an American accent Caucasian woman’s voice. However, in this case she was not complaining about a drunk frat boy, just wanting to empty your bank account. “Heather” should not be trusted.
