Its yet another scammer phishing for credit card info.    No options on the recording to be removed from the list.    If you press 1 for a person and ask for them to remove you, they hang up faster than you do when their repeated robo-calls ring.    I recommend just reporting them to the donotcall.gov FCC website.        Cant really do a lot about these scammers.    However, if they are somehow legit, atleast feel better the FCC will fine then about $20k for each call reported.

In fact she never identified a company. Threfore, its obviously a scam. Therefore, its spamscam.

Offers lower credit card rate... No options on the recording to be removed from the list. I pressed 1 for a person and asked Craig to remove my name and number from their list. He replied, I would if I could Mam, and hung up.    Others have not replied at all, just hung up. I get these calls almost daily since I have two landline numbers.

I let the machine get it because I didnt recognize the number, but heard something about reducing the rate on my credit card. Since I dont own one, I picked up quickly to see if they were actually calling for me. When the customer service lady answered, I said I didnt have a card and asked who the account was under. She said, You dont have any credit cards? And when I said no, she hung up on me. Must be a scam.
