The caller asks for a donation for a Police Organization in order to provide better training for officers. Then after they tell you they will send the packet out to you for you to submit they transfer you over to someone else to confirm your donation. This is where they try to get your credit card info. I asked the guy if they are sending me a packet in the mail to fill out and send in, why do I need to provide billing info over the phone. I told him to have a good day and hung up. Sorry but that's a scam.
