Total scam. "Mario" claimed to be with the Vehicle Service Center and was calling about my 2011 Ford Focus. I told him that I've never owned that vehicle. He then asked for the year, make, and model of my current vehicle so he could update their records. I asked him again which vehicle service center he was calling from and he said, "The Vehicle Service Center." "Yes, but which one?" "The Vehicle Service Center." "I got that, but which service center?" "The Vehicle Service Center. That's the name of the company." "Yeah, see, I've only ever taken my vehicle to one---" He hung up then. I found the call amusing. But yes, DEFINITELY a spam call.
