An unwanted call from this Fresno VOIP number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, the caller responded with dead silence. This is the tactic of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who continuously troll the phone lines, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.The website www.whitepages.com describes this number as "scam or fraud." I'm sooooo surprised!!!!!!

Calls Daily, I finally answered, and didn't say a word, And a female starting talking, And asked me if I could hear her. I hung up. She tried to get me to say Yes, but I knew better not to..I blocked this phone number, but most likely they will use a different number, and keep trying to scam.
